How shipping is calculated.
Place the items and quantities you want in your cart.
Provide the delivery postcode or address at cart or checkout.
The available service and final shipping charge are shown before payment.
Address requirements: we cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a complete street address.
Delivery timing
Allow 2-10 business days.
Many orders arrive within 2-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and service. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer. Weekends, public holidays, high-demand periods, stock availability, weather and carrier disruption can extend delivery times.
We will email tracking details when your order is dispatched. Carrier tracking can take time to show its first scan.
Delivery attempts
If nobody is home.
The carrier may leave a card, provide collection instructions, arrange redelivery or use an authorised safe place. Carrier processes vary. If an order is returned to MICHU after unsuccessful delivery, additional freight may apply before it can be sent again. Any refund will be assessed under our Refund Policy and may exclude delivery costs where permitted by law.
