Worst water fountain I’ve ever purchased. When the water releases for around 10 seconds (not 20 seconds as written in description) it is very loud. It’s too loud and distracting to be placed anywhere you want to relax, so the kitchen/living room is out of the question. It also wakes my cats up when trying to sleep. It’s very expensive for something so noisy, small and cheap looking. Complete waste of money and will never be used.

I purchased this product on the 8th of November and was given a tracking number the order has never arrived when i tracked it it hasnt left Australia Post yet so i thought it was a problem with Australia Post so i rang them and they looked into it and I was told that your company had ordered a tracking number but had never sent my order to them so i have paid for something that was never sent to Australia Post i have emailed your company and got a response a day later and have heard nothing since and u keep sending me emails to review an item i have never received I am so upset i have never had anything like this happen to me with anything i have ordered from other companies can someone please let me know what is going on. Really nice water filter, my cat loves it. It took him a few days to warm up to it but after I washed it more thoroughly he likes it and drinks a lot. The light alerting when the water is running out is a great feature. Its so easy to set up and clean, I love that its cordless. Im not sure if youre supposed to do anything special with the filters to prepare them as there werent any instructions so I just soaked it in water for a bit first.

My cats were not interested and when I enquired about returning the product, customer service were most unhelpful. They rejected my return request saying: “For a return to be viable, the product should remain unused and in the same impeccable condition as when you initially received it.” Michu customer service is based in the US and they do not care about Australian consumer standards. The whole experience has been terrible. Misleading advertising, a product I can’t use or return. What a waste of $100!!

I’m so pleased with this item. I was concerned that our cats wouldn’t use it but within a day or two they were lapping up water like crazy! The fountain itself is super easy to clean, and takes maybe 5 minutes to do which is long enough to prep the replacement filter. It’s very quiet, and they both love drinking the water right from the stream. The reservoir holds plenty of water and can be refilled with a slow pour from a pitcher right into the top without disassembly. All in all I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this fountain for your kitties too!

So happy with this purchase! Both my cats absolutely love it. The filtration system is excellent and the fountain itself is incredibly lightweight and easy to clean and assemble. The timed dispenser is great. Not only does it entice my cats to drink, but it's great for my cat that prefers a combination of still and running water. Best of all, it is SO much quieter than their old fountain and the rechargeable battery means that it's easy to move if I need to confine them to a small space for a short period and that the layout of my house doesn't have to be dictated by access to power points! The battery lasts long and charges quickly, too. I'd like the material to be a little more heavy duty but overall, no complaints. Well worth the price.

I have been looking for a cordless fountain for the longest time when I saw this. As we know, cats don't drink all too frequently and I've had to discard water from my cat's bowl on a daily basis which I thought was very wasteful.
