I decided to try this litter to see if it improved the odour situation and it did to some extent. This litter has the same pellets as the original Furry Tail litter plus a bunch of smaller pieces. The different sizes in the mix make the clumping performance very low and make it very hard to scoop out. After this shipment I'll be going back to the original Furry Tail litter. Good innovation though

Monty loves this new kitty litter, I have tried the other flavours as well, this one clumps very fast and I scoop it out without any issues- it also masks the smell of poop! Tofu litter is good for the environment , I have tried crystal pellets bought at the supermarket before or even a newspaper recycled pellets but they don’t clump as well !

Fab litter, don’t waste as much as recycled paper and love how little room it takes to store in a small apartment. However it does stick to the sides of the litter tray and becomes a bit of a sticky mess when cleaning. And I still don’t understand how to use it if following the guidelines of 2 bags per month. On enquiring further, it was suggested the litterbox only get cleaned entirely once a month which seems really unhygienic to me when I’m used to a full clean weekly. But I love the milky smell and convenience otherwise (still not game to flush down the toilet though… it’s so ingrained not to in Australia!)
