Fantastic service ! I clicked the wrong button when i ordered and was able to call and sort it all out very easily , it was also delivered the same day ! The quality is amazing ! Ive never seen nicer trees and believe me ive been looking ! Mimmi Dott ignored it for two whole days before i put some fresh catmint in the top basket , now she loves it .

Two year old Jedda is very fixed in her ways. It took her four months to accept her new, deluxe tower! However, she now loves the soft bedding, the height and regularly uses the scratching post. It is a conversation pieces!

Kitten is still getting used to the plush material (I on the other hand LOVE it!) but she was finally coaxed into the basket by removing the pillow and just putting a blanket in there. She now sleeps most of the day in there so we have a happy cat and owner! I'll teach her to love the luxury of the cushion next...

My cat loves this cat tree. It is very sturdy, looks great in my living room, and my cat loves to curl up in the tree and scratch on the post (instead of my couch:) I give this a ten out of ten, worth the money!!

The cat tree was exactly as advertised. It was easy to assemble and my cat loves all aspects: the scratching section, the ball that hangs down, the comfy cushions and the height of the perching bed. It is definitely his favorite place to hang out, play and dream.

Easy to put together and it’s BEAUTIFUL. My cat loves it and sleeps in it nearly every night. Naps in it many times during the day. He also likes the little ledge part to perch and peek out the window. It took my cat 3 days to start using the tree regularly. I don’t regret taking the plunge and buying this at all. It gets used daily and my kitty is very happy with me.

Have 2 cats, the little one hasn't taken to it but the bigger one loves it. Took her a while because she's muscular and heavy so it wobbles a little when she hits it but is now used to it and hits it running. She's in it all the time now. Very nice appearance for an additional piece if living room furniture, too.

My cats love the condo and we have purchased a couple more after the first one. My cats are very happy laying in the basket levels and scratching on the pole posts. It is pleasing to look at in your home and does not shed fibers like most other cat posts do with carpet or jute.

Great design and quality plush fabric finishes. Quality item. However disappointed for the price point that the only removable/ washable cover is the cushion in the basket. With cats and fur, really need removable covers. Otherwise good design and nice item..just not sure how it will look in a year or so with no washing..!

This was easy to assemble. My cats are active cats who charge at everything full force (2 of them) and this is holding up perfectly! I do have it in front of a wall so if they hit it full on it won't tip over but I haven't seen it even tip in that direction. They are loving this!

We just adopted our precious cat and did not know what she liked at all. We did not want to get her a big tree since we were not sure if she would like it. Turns out she loves it because we put it in our bedroom and she uses it to climb up and down and likes hauling her toys onto it.
